Luxurious and gorgeous string ensemble from the musical capital Prague, where all members have soloist-class skills!
Prague Camerata (String Orchestra)
Founded in 1961 by the famous Prague violinist Hubert Szymacek. It has a large repertoire, and many of its contemporary music works were written especially for this ensemble. He has released CDs from Gramophone, etc., and has performed in a wide range of performances, including co-starring with conductor Václav Neumann and other famous Czech and foreign artists.
From 1992 to 2000 Václav Ilovets took over as music director, and from 2001 violinist Pavel Hula took over.
In addition to releasing a CD with the much-talked-about violinist Chisako Takashima from Columbia, the extravagant and enjoyable concert that transcends the boundaries of classical music was very well received.
