At Pro Arte Musice, we will do our best to ensure that our guests can enjoy the concert with peace of mind.
Please read the following before visiting.

[About measures in the venue]
- Staff who come in contact with customers will wear masks.
- We will check the health status of related staff, and those with a fever will not be allowed to work.
[Requests when visiting]
- The following persons are not allowed to enter.
・Those who have a continuous fever or have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher
・Those who have symptoms such as cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, joint pain, muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, etc.
・Those who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the new coronavirus infection
・History of visits to countries/regions where the government has imposed immigration restrictions or required an observation period after entry within the past two weeks
and when there is close contact with the resident
● Please cooperate with wearing a mask when visiting. If you are not wearing it, you will not be allowed to enter.
- Please cooperate with temperature measurement when entering, wearing a mask at all times in the hall, and diligently disinfecting your hands with alcohol.
- Please ask the customer to tear off the ticket stub, or the hall attendant will do it.
- Please bring the program booklet by yourself from the designated place.
- Please cooperate with maintaining social distancing, such as keeping a distance of at least 1m inside the venue, and refraining from loud voices and face-to-face conversations.
- Please refrain from shouting "Bravo" after the performance while preventative measures are in place.
- Please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the venue. (Except hydration)
- For safety reasons, we may refuse to give presents or deliveries to the performers. In the unlikely event that you bring it, the organizer will keep it and hand it to the performer.
- We cannot refund the ticket price due to cancellation due to customer's convenience (disturbance of public transportation, poor physical condition including new coronavirus infection, injury, etc.).
