While the excitement continues, the British brass septet group "Septura" will be coming to Japan next month!

This is our second visit to Japan, and we have a Christmas concert lineup! Enjoy everything from majestic chorales to cheerful Christmas songs.

Here we will send you information to help you enjoy the concert even more!
The first part is introducing the members, starting with our leader Simon.

Simon Cox

Principal player of the Aurora Orchestra and co-artistic director of Septura.
After studying at King's College, University of London and the Royal Academy of Music, he spent three years in Finland as a member of the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra.
Afterwards, his interest in chamber music grew and he received a doctorate from the Royal Academy of Music.
After researching the field of brass chamber music, he founded the brass septet ``Septura'' in 2012.

Leader Simon Cox (Tp.) previously said in a media interview that ``Japan is one of the countries in the world I most want to visit'' and ``I'm really looking forward to our first tour in Japan.'' I did.

On the last tour, Simon was seen slurping ramen with Daniel West (Tb.).
