Septura Tips No.4 James Fountain

hello everyone!

Are you enjoying the messages from Septura members about their visit to Japan?

This time we will introduce James!

James Fountain (trumpet)

Principal flutist of the London Symphony Orchestra.
He began playing the trumpet at the age of three and has since enjoyed a fruitful career, serving as principal cornet in the Virtuosi GUS band for five years and also holding the same position in the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain for nine consecutive years.
He moved to London in 2012 and, aged just 17, became principal player of the world-famous Grimethorpe Colliery Band.
He was subsequently appointed principal trumpet of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the tender age of 20. Apart from being featured as a concerto soloist on numerous occasions, his solo career has taken him all over the world, with concerts in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Kuwait, Japan and the USA, as well as regular tours throughout Europe.
Professor at the Royal College of Music.

Although he is one of Septura's youngest members, he has outstanding performance skills and experience!

Please come to the venue and enjoy what kind of harmony they will create!
