Born in Kyoto Prefecture. Graduated from Kyoto Municipal Horikawa High School Music Department and Tokyo University of the Arts Music Department. During his studies, he studied trumpet under Hiroaki Hayasaka, Masahiko Kurano, and Genzo Kitamura. In addition to solo recitals, he has performed with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, and the Central Aichi Symphony Orchestra. Released the first album "Kaleidoscope" in 2004 and the second album "Telescope" in 2006. Won 1st place in the 69th Japan Music Competition Trumpet Division and the Matsushita Prize. Winner of the 2004 Aoyama Music Award. Currently a Siena Wind Orchestra trumpet player.
