Mika Utsunomiya, piano

After studying music at Toho Girls' High School, she graduated from Toho Gakuen University's Music Department, Department of Music. Moved to Germany in 2001.
Graduated from Freiburg University of Music and Performing Arts, Germany with the unanimous approval of the judges. Selected for the final selection of the 46th All Japan Student Music Concours in Tokyo. 2nd prize at the Dianae Nemus International Piano Competition (Italy), 2nd prize at the Mozart International Piano Competition (Italy). He has performed with the Nostitz String Quartet (Tokyo Bunka Kaikan) and the Opole Philharmonic Orchestra in Poland. Appearing on a local radio broadcast. In 2006, he participated in the American Wind Symphony Orchestra America Tour as a guest pianist. In 2006, following the ``Utsunomiya Mika Piano Recital (Tokyo Bunka Kaikan)'' sponsored by the Japan Federation of Musicians, she gave recitals in 2007 and 2008 to great acclaim (Nihon University Casals Hall, Tokyo Bunka Kaikan). In 2007, she made her debut with "Utsunomiya Mika CD First Album" and held an in-store event at Shibuya Tower Records. In 2008, he appeared on NHK-FM "Meikyoku Recital". He is also active in chamber music concerts and song accompaniment. He has studied piano with Mitsuko Oe, Naoko Shibanuma, Shintatsu Kawashima, Hiroko Edo, Thibaut Sass, chamber music with Thibaut Sass, Rainer Kussmaul, Christoph Henkel, and Michael Baumann, and song accompaniment with Aziz Cortell. . Since 2007, he has been a piano instructor at Shobi Music College.
