In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure social distancing, we have changed the viewing method for all events at the East-West Lottery Dream Hall.

(Abolition of first-come-first-served basis)
1. For those who wish to view the event, a lottery will be drawn sequentially when visiting the museum on the day, and only customers who win will be able to view.
(Limited to 30 people in Tokyo and 20 people in Osaka).
2. The lottery will start around 10:00, so please refrain from visiting the museum early in the morning.
3. The lottery will end as soon as 30 people from Tokyo and 20 people from Osaka are confirmed.
4. The winner will be able to enter the building from 20 minutes before the start time and cannot enter before that time.
5. General opening hours on event days
Tokyo: 13:00-19:30 (winners can watch the event from 11:40-13:00)
Osaka: 13:00-18:00 (winners can watch the event from 11:40-13:00)
10:00-14:00 (only on Twilight Classic Concert dates)
6. When entering the building, please wear a mask, disinfect your hands, and take your temperature.
7. Due to the spread of the new corona infection, the time may be changed or the event may be canceled without notice. Please note.
