Profile
Champ-Hyère Lacourt (violin)Graduated from the Hari National Conservatory of Music with first prize. After that, he studied abroad at the Chisiana Conservatory of Music in Siena, Italy. Active as a member of the Rouen Chamber Orchestra, the Champ Noël Moral String Quartet, and the Trio Eutelf, and has released many CDs. In particular, the complete recording of Hoccherini's string trio has been repeatedly introduced as an important reference sound source for this collection. Recognized by Taniel Harenheim for his beautiful tone, he joined the Hari National Orchestra in 1980, and has been active for 30 years, visiting Japan many times. In addition, he was appointed as the principal of the Royal Palace Ensemble (using period instruments) and the Music Academy Orchestra. From sonatas to choral works and concertos, he pioneered the rehartory of Hallock. In October 2012, he was appointed music director of the City of Richieux Symphony Orchestra, and is also active as a conductor.
