Shuku Iwasaki [Piano]
Born in Kurashiki City. Studied under Akiko Iguchi, Motonari Iguchi, J. Lataina, Benedetti Michelangeli, S. Lorenzi, and I. Freundrich at Toho Gakuen University, Hartford University, Juilliard School, and Chigiana School of Music. In 1967, he won the 3rd prize in the duo section of the Munich International Music Competition. Received special accompanist prizes at the 1968 Budapest and 1970 Tchaikovsky International Music Competitions. Since then, he has collaborated with renowned artists in Japan and abroad such as Janos Starker, Paul Tortelier, Peter Lucas-Graf, Itzhak Perlman, André Navarra, Ivry Gitlis, Ute Ugi, Mischa Maisky, and Maurice Gendron. In addition to co-starring, for 20 years he taught chamber music classes with Professor Riccardo Brengola at the Conservatoire de Chigiana in Siena every summer. Since 1976, he has presided over "Shu Iwasaki Music in Style". For 18 years from 1979, he planned and held the "Okinawa Moon Beach Music Camp & Festival", followed by the "Okinawa International Music Festival" from 1997 with his younger brother Ko Iwasaki. In 1989, he received the Art Festival Award for his achievements in "Shu Iwasaki Music in Style." In January 1999, he was awarded the Order of Merit of the Kingdom of Norway. In March, he traveled with Ko Iwasaki to Istanbul, Ankara, and Rome as a music envoy of the Japan Foundation. Currently, in addition to his performance activities, he is a jury member of Italy's Valsesia Musica and Cantu International Music Competition, and a professor at Toho Gakuen Graduate School from 1999 to March 2008. He is a visiting professor at a university. Advisor of the Kurashiki City Cultural Promotion Foundation. In July 2005, he received the Fukutake Cultural Award together with Kou. In 2006 and 2010, he served as head of the jury at the Takamatsu International Piano Competition. In July 2007, he gave a master class at the Gubbio Music Festival in Italy and performed with the Archimede Quartet. In October of the same year, he performed with Ivry Gitlis (violin) in Sapporo, and in November he performed Beethoven's Triple Concerto with Ko Iwasaki and Jun Iwasaki with the Okayama Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2008, he co-starred with Uto Ugi (violin), performing in various places and gaining popularity. Giuseppe Scigliano (bandoneon/accordion)
Bandoneon/accordion player representing the Italian music world. Studied accordion with Mario Castellaci from childhood. He has won and won prizes in many international competitions, and has performed as an ensemble soloist in many ensembles. Since 2007, he has been teaching at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Nocera Terinese, Italy.

Ko Iwasaki (cello) Koiwasaki
1960 Japan Music Competition 1st place, grand prize. After studying at Toho Gakuen High School, studied abroad at the Juilliard School. Studied under Hideo Saito, Leonard Rose, Harvey Shapiro and Pablo Casals. In 1971, he won the Art Encouragement Prize for New Artists from the Minister of Education and the Record Grand Prize at the Arts Festival for his contemporary Japanese cello masterpieces. Since 1974, while teaching at Illinois State University, he has been active in solo and chamber music in various places. After that, he served as a professor at Toho Gakuen University until 2011, and is currently based in the United States and continues to perform around the world.

Yoshihiro Kanno (Composer) Yoshihiro Kanno
Completed master's course in composition at Tokyo University of the Arts. In 1979, he won the Monaco France-Pierre Composition Award for String Quartet. Received the 2002 Italian Broadcasting Corporation Award and the 2012 Japan Culture and Arts Foundation "Creative Tradition Award". His works include NHK Taiga dramas "Honatatsu" and "Futari de Tango wo". Currently a professor at Waseda University Faculty of Science and Engineering, Department of Expression Engineering.
