Forming a duo in 1962, they won a special prize at the Vercelli International Competition in 1967, and were flooded with requests for concerts. In 1975 Bavaria awarded them an encouragement award for their performance. After that, won the Yamaha 25th Anniversary International Competition Duo category held in Spain. At the ``Messiaen's Evening 1978'', ``Bartok's Evening 1981'' and ``Stravinsky's Evening 1982'' organized by the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, newspapers and magazines generously gave them the highest praise. In addition to being invited to perform at music festivals, he has toured around the world and held master courses.
